Initial Postgraduate Survey

The Initial Postgraduate Survey allows you to document your graduates' present status and obtain feedback regarding the education they received, as well as important issues related to the education you provided.

The Initial Postgraduate Survey is typically mailed with your second public relations letter, approximately 18 months after graduation (refer to the Graduate Follow-Up/Survey Schedule). You may elect to include this survey with your first public relations letter (approximately 6 months after graduation). Graduates have the option to respond to the paper survey mailed to them (return postage paid) or follow the enclosed instructions to complete the survey online.

Submit your questions to LifeTrack (5 Yes/No and 9 Multiple Choice questions). LifeTrack will build your customized survey to fit the format as shown and mail to graduates with your public relations letter.

LifeTrack will telephone (3 attempts minimum) each graduate who did not respond by mail.

LifeTrack compiles data and sends you a personalized compilation report along with your original surveys.
